PRISMTM addresses the challenges of managing inventory, often referenced as the second highest cost center in veterinary hospitals. This interactive ½ day seminar course is designed to bring the basics of managing the inventory needs of busy veterinary hospitals and assist key personnel implement best inventory practices in their own hospital environment.
The course outline includes:

Course Instructor: Kirk Augustine
Augustine brings considerable experience from 20 years in the animal health industry to this seminar. He has managed manufacturer warehousing and customer service groups, held purchasing and vendor management positions in distribution, interacted at all levels of both manufacturing and distribution companies as a marketer, and now manages a consulting and advisory business in the animal health industry. Augustine is a well-known inventory management advocate and instructor for veterinary practices having actively taught the subject matter to over 300 hospitals and spoken at industry meetings and gatherings about the topic.
